Customer Service Executive (Immediate Start)

Out of Hand Ltd is a well established, vibrant, publishing house, and fast paced print and graphic design agency providing innovative marketing solutions for a wide range of clients.

The Vacancy
We are looking for a full time, dynamic person to provide excellent customer service to our clients, both old and new. Responsibilities include handling incoming enquiries, processing sales orders, scheduling deliveries whilst generally ensuring our customers receive a first class ordering experience.

Requirements
Applicants must have a confident telephone manner, and a gift for dealing with people. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous customer service and / or sales experience, a good level of computer literacy and strong organisational skills. We work in an environment with a high level of transactions with deadlines throughout the day. Any print / design or publishing knowledge would be an advantage although not essential.

Renumeration
£12,500-£14,000 per annum subject to experience. This is a full time position based at our Head Office in Bristol, working 9.30am-6pm Monday to Friday.
