• £27,625 to £30,000 depending upon experience, plus benefits
• 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays (28 in total)
• 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, but may adjust depending on season)

Out of Hand is an independent, family owned design, print, distribution, and outdoor advertising specialist based in Bristol. We work with businesses and organisations of all sizes across the South West and Wales and have built a good reputation for providing high quality, cost effective and reliable services catering for the arts, culture, music, events and entertainment sector.
Working with some of the biggest names in the industry, both locally and nationally, you'll see the results of your work displayed on advertising sites across Bristol and throughout the region on a weekly basis. This role plays a key part in making that happen and the results are unmissable for hundreds of thousands of people as they move around the different cities that we operate in every day.
Based within Out of Hand at Hebron House Bedminster, this role is responsible for pre in-charge and post in-charge campaign management, managing the process from after the sale has been made through to the campaign being posted. This role includes collaborating closely with Sales, Production and Operations to ensure that our posting team are working in the most efficient way.
The Campaign Executive acts as the key communication link for all in-charges and ensures information - posting instructions and design instructions are accurate and the process runs efficiently from beginning to end. As we work on both weekly and fortnightly posting cycles, this role must maintain information flow during short-term selling periods and good communication and close team work is vital.
