Hours: Part Time 17 to 25.5 hours per week 9:30am - 6pm
Rate: £12.75 per hour to £13.25 per hour dependent on experience

Out of Hand is an established design, print, distribution, and outdoor advertising specialist based in Bristol. We work with businesses and organisations of all sizes across the South West and Wales and have built a good reputation for providing high quality, cost effective and reliable services catering for the events and leisure sector.

Working closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director in this role you would be responsible for assisting in marketing plans for both B2B and B2C activity and creating campaigns across multiple channels. This includes creating monthly communications for our clients and growing our multi-platform social media presence for Out of Hand Bristol showcasing the breadth of services we offer to clients and our core values.

You will be working on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, TikTok and LinkedIn amongst others.

This role will require you to work closely with all departments from design to production to outdoor and have a good eye for identifying opportunities to promote the business. You will also have a good grounding in copywriting, particularly when it comes to commercial communications, and solid experience creating B2B marketing materials

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of an annual marketing strategy across all channels, inc social media
• Help create marketing materials, such as media packs, images, video, social media updates, mailouts and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities for growth.
• Use research and insights to develop themes, positive stories and proactive campaigns to take to market
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
• Manage the marketing calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare feedback reports.
• Create reports showing results of strategy implementation.
• Keep existing sales tools updated and create new sales tools where required
• Assist the Commercial Director to manage sales price lists and pull together proactive sales packs
• Create presentations to help the sales teams with client pitches, presentations and other activities
• Develop and promote case studies
• Update company websites where required
• Manage and optimise mailing lists
• Work with the Sales team to ensure that their needs are being met
• You will create photo and video archives of material as well as posting schedules for content.
